I had an amazing experience with Kosmic Collision and particularly with Kelvin. Initially, when I was researching different body shops to repair my vehicle, they stood out the most to me through their attention to detail with the pre-inspection and discussing my options. I live in Charlotte so this was a bit of a drive but I am very happy that I decided to go with Kosmic! They were transparent throughout the entire process and gave me back my car in perfect condition! They even gave me a complimentary alignment and detail! I highly recommend Kosmic and despite my plans to move out of state, if I ever need body work done again I would definitely return.

Losing my car at a critical part in my life due to the irresponsibility of another was discouraging...but a friend referred me to Kosmic. Working at a car dealership I had my doubts about certain body shops quality of work. First let me say they came and got my damaged car from my house, gave me all the details, lifted my spirits by showing empathy when I got to their office . They made me feel like family...The fix did not take long at all, eventhough they gave me a realistic e.t.a. in advance. They called me throughout the process and updated me on everything. When I went to pick my car up, Lets just say brand new car feeling all over again. I was not expecting them to do all these great things. I had to take their business cards and pass them around like I was working for them. They made me feel a part of something that much and I truly appreciated it. Kosmic deserves a 10. Also I feel I have to do more than just a review. It just doesn't do my experience justice.

I just wanted to give Kosmic CollisioN LLC a review.

Quick story- my car was hit by a person that backed into me coming out of Walmart really hard that knocked me up against the driver door that I had to have medical treatment.
Her insurance company had deemed my car a total loss. So I go another opinion from my insurance and they said it can be repaired.

Kosmic Collision came and towed my vehicle to their shop and did an excellent job.
I cant tell that it has been hit at all.

Excellent customer service- repaired the mechanical and the auto body to perfection.

I couldnt have found a better shop for the service that was done.

The Guys at Kosmic Collision did a great job for me and my collector's style auto. Got the part in on time and the job was done in 2 days. Price was fair and I was paying out of pocket. No Ins. If I need collision repair in the future (hope not) I will contact them first.

Both Charles and Kelvin were accommodating for helping make sure not only repairs were done, but the whole process went as smooth as possible; including making sure I was able to get to the rental agency while mine was in the shop and helping with arrangements for the return. I hit a deer which damaged a good amount of the front end as well as some electrical. My car was returned looking and working brand new. These guys do amazing work and from my experience you can tell they have a passion for what they are doing and it shows!

I Looked for months trying to find the right body shop after I was rear ended in my 2009 Cadillac CTS-V. I wanted a body shop who knows how paint works. Every other place I went for quotes either didnt work on anything over 10 years old or didnt end up even sending me an estimate. As soon as I called Kosmic Collision they told me exactly what steps I should follow and when to bring it in. They kept me informed the entire process, never had to talk with insurance after I made the first initial claim. They went well above, and far beyond my expectations of customer service and quality of repairs. Highly Highly recommend to anyone. We brought our Audi A6 to the guys at Kosmic Collision after it was side swiped in a parking lot. They worked with the insurance provider we were using which was super helpful. We had a fantastic experience! They were very accommodating for our busy schedules and could take the car right away. They were honest and up front about the repair options, and worked with the insurance company to maximize the reimbursement so that the job could be done properly. Most importantly their craftsmanship is impeccable, the car looks good as know, and they blended the adjacent panels so that you simply cannot tell there was any damage. This shop is a hidden gem and Id recommend them highly to anyone needing work done!

Charles and Kelvin were the best. They tidied up a few dents I had on my car prior to me purchasing the car (bought it as is) as well as the major damage.
